25ml 1:1 Ratio Manual Dual Cartridge B-System |

High density dual component dispense cartridges for two part
adhesives, epoxies, silicones and other fluids. All sets are
supplied with matching pistons and a tip cap ready for filling and
dispensing. These are manual applicators supplied with plunger rods
and pistons ready for a choice of nozzle. Industrial grade and silicone free. |

Dual
system 25ml size 1:1 mix ratio by volume. Materials are stored
in the two chambers of the cartridge system and dispensed simultaneously
to the static mixer where dynamic mixing
takes place. Use with 2-part epoxies, resins,
sealants, silcones & polyurethanes.
This cartridge is
manufactured from polypro. The kits come with the following parts:
- 50 x Cartridge 1:1 with capacity of 25ml max.
- 100
x Pair vented pistons with cap seal.
- 50 x plastic manual
plunger rods.
- 50 x Dust tip cap.
Standard manual pistons and rods are
included with this cartridge system allowing for use with most two
component materials. All products shipped are in sealed boxes or packs
that
include label with batch codes.
Adhesive Dispensing Ltd provide a wide range
of equipment options for dispensing almost all assembly fluids -
from watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators through to
thick pastes, sealants, silicones, gels and epoxies. |
