Product Returns

We understand that sometimes a product might need to be returned. Whether your item has developed a fault or is damaged or the incorrect item has been ordered, we will ensure the process is quick and efficient. Please call us on +44 (0) 1908 686660 to obtain an RMA (returns authority reference) or email returns@adhesivedispensers.co.uk. To speed up the process, please have your order number reference to hand and date parts were received. Any discounted ex-demo or pre-used parts, sold as seen agreements, limited/zero warranty products or custom made products (where specified) cannot be returned for refund. In accordance with distance selling regulations for products purchased online, customers have seven (7) working days from the date of delivery to report a return request of products. However, products must be returned unopened, in the original packaging and undamaged for a refund. We cannot accept any products back that have been used unless faulty within a warranty period, or reported damaged on delivery after the seven (7) days. Products returned that are not faulty can be subject to a returns and restocking fee of up to 15% of the product value. This fee covers the time for our warehouse staff to carefully check parts and count them. We cannot accept back returns that have not been agreed by us with a valid RMA issued in advance. We cannot accept back opened or split bottles of adhesives, chemicals, solvents or primers. Returned items must be sent via a recognised courier service that provides tracking and a signature upon receipt. For any faulty items or those damaged during transit and received as damage, please call +44 (0)1908 686660 with (7) days of receipt and we will arrange for them to be quickly replaced once the damaged items are received back to us for full inspection.

Product Shipments

Unless a different delivery service is requested, we ship orders using a tracked and signed-for courier service. For the UK, most products are shipped using UPS or DHL. For Europe, we use UPS, DHL or FedEx. For the rest of the world, we ship using UPS, DHL or FedEx. It is possible to arrange collection of your products from us once pre-arranged, paid for and when available. We can also arrange to ship orders on customers own courier accounts, subject to a small arrangement fee. UK shipments to the mainland are 24 Hour next business day service. Cost is from around 7.50 GBP to 18.00 GBP, depending on the size and quantity of products ordered. Europe prices range from around 18.00 GBP to 50.00 GBP, again depending on destination and product package weights. For the rest of the world, prices vary greatly based on country and the products ordered. Please call us for a specific shipping quotation if required. Our shipping charges are very competitive and of course we have no minmum order value. Once products leave our warehouse, we email the customer a tracking code whith a link to the courier company website. We aim to get all parts, equipment and components to our customers as quickly as possible so if you have any questions regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. All shipments are fully insured and we take care to pack orders to avoid damage.
