The ADL-300 is bench top rotary dispensing station for applying adhesives, fluids and pastes to circular components under 152mm in diameter. This rotary table provides an efficient method of dispensing a pattern onto circular products. The tilting Z-axis allows controlled rotary dispensing on an angle if required. The ADL-300 dispenses adhesives, silicones, grease and lubricants and is fully adjustable in rotation speed, circle diameter and dispensing time. Dispense from 30cc or 55cc sized barrels mounted on the Z-axis. The Z-axis tilt is easily adjusted to dispense either on a vertical wall within a cylindrical part or on an outside wall. The system will spin the part, index down and dispense to a required time. The head then indexes back into position after fluid is applied. The speed of index can be adjusted. A built-in vacuum suck-back is designed for watery liquids. This is a stand alone dispensing station. Supplied with 30cc and 55cc barrels, pistons, caps as well as a full precision tip kit. The ADL300 is supplied with airline hose and fittings kit to make connection easy. Includes a syringe stand, 30cc/ 55cc syringe and piston pack and tip kit selection. Ready to use out of the box.
