Rubber Toughened Cyanoacrylate Adhesive

High quality performance industrial grade instant adhesives in either 50 or 500 gram sized dispensing bottles. This grade is a rubber toughened single part adhesive that is suitable for the rapid bonding of plastics, rubbers, metals, fabrics, cards and many other materials. All industrial adhesives are supplied with a printed Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). Cyanoacrylate adhesives are easy to apply using our dispensing machines.

Cyanoacrylate Rubber Tough GB80 super glue

GB80 is a toughened cyano glue cyanoacrylate / flexible cyano impact resistant superglue adhesive. It is super resistant to high shocks and impact forces so ideal for metal, plastics, stone, leather, composites, etc.

It remains flexible also ideal for use on flexible materials such as rubber seals, textiles, leather, grp, etc. It is ideal for plastic or metal car trim repairs. Suitable for industrial, DIY, hobby and modeling applications that need super strength, metals, glass, stone, statues, marble, miniature engines, model rc car tyres to rims and plastic repairs to grp, composites and plastics. Extra high strength on all materials.

Sticks anything a standard industrial Cyanoacrylate will stick ! The colour of this grade is black. Supplied in a bottle ready for use.

GB80 has a cure time of about 10 to 90 seconds. It is ideal for extra strong structural bonds to metals, plastics, composites, etc. Unlike a standard superglue type adhesive, this grade absorbs the knocks and bangs so that the parts stay bonded. Good bonds on plastics such as ABS or PVC. Ideal for body panels / bumpers, etc. Ideal for snooker / pool / billiard cues and fishing rod grp or carbon repairs but will bond almost any material as well.

GB80 is used in a wide cross section of industrial applications including automotive, white goods and furniture manufacturing. Typical examples include bonding centre consoles, dashboards and weather stripping. Bonding identification tags to equipment. Bonding rubber pads to equipment base or legs. Bonding components in a loud speaker cone. Bonding leather and rubber during shoe manufacture. Bonding fabric on lampshades.

This adhesive can be applied using our TS250 syringe barrel dispenser, our ADL-DISP5600 air free dispenser or direct from the larger bottles using our metering valves, controller and pressure pot.

All CAs are shipped with TDS and MSDS.
