Flexible Polypropylene Dispensing Tips |

|
Flexible dispensing tips are polypropylene tubes bonded to
colour coded hubs. They provide an ability to dispense in hard
to reach areas or through small holes. The tube is soft so will
not scratch sensitive surfaces. They may be cut to length or at
an angle to provide a range of dispensing options or to take off
cured material from the outlet such as Cyanoacrylate adhesives. |

The Polypropylene tips feature a colour
coded plastic double helix locking hub with fkexible polypropylene tubing based
on gauge size. They are offered in 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2 inch tube
lengths.
These tips are excellent for
dispensing into small areas or through holes. The luer locking
thread prevents the tip from working loose under pressure or
force.
Flexible needle tips for use with
most fluids and especially useful for reactive adhesives and
moisture sensitive fluids such as cyanoacrylate instant glues
and most solvent based fluids. The flexible shaft prevents
damage to sensitive substrates. Supplied in sealed packs of 50
or 1000. All parts ship direct from stock.

Delivery: Products
shipped by courier on a tracked and
insured service for stock items. Products on a
longer
lead time or built to order will be sent as soon as available. Customers are informed of
ship dates.
Typical Applications:- Deposits
of solder paste, deposits of solder flux, grease to bearings, potting
components with epoxy, RTV to edge seams, silicone shots to bond
products, gasket sealant repair, aircraft maintenance work, braze
pastes, solvents, general
adhesive applications.
Polypro tips are designed to work with all luer lock and
luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with
most fluids, adhesives, pastes and gels and useful for dispensing
reactive fluids including Cyanoacrylates. All tips are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure
or force. Tips are certified
silicone-free components to ensure they do not contaminate any fluids or
adhesives that are dispensed from them. |
