A metal threaded cartridge retainer for use with all 100A pneumatic and AD16 manual applicator guns. Features a thread end that prevent air leaks. Heavy duty metal part. All ADL cartridge retainers are interchangeable from gun to gun allowing a single gun to use different size cartridges.

Dispensing guns allow the controlled dispensing of most pastes, gels, epoxies and sealants. Use pneumatic or manual guns with this retainer to provide a leak free dipenser for pressures to 100 psi. Other retainer sizes are available to convert the guns to 2.5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 oz.

Unscrew the metal retainer body from the handle on the gun (threaded fitting). Load in an 10oz (310ml) plastic dispensing cartridge. For the AD16 gun, ensure the metal rod is pulled fully back by twisting the push rod end facing downwards and pulling it back. Attach the metal retainer and a threaded plastic nozzle or use a male luer lock adapter for attachment of any standard needle tips. Squeeze trigger for flow on manual gun or press trigger for pneumatic gun. Release of trigger stops materials oozing.
