Use this tool when connected to any air
powered dispenser with vacuum. For use with 50ml 10:1 ratio side by side
resin cartridges. This is rod driven so provides a very controlled pressure
on the dual pistons in the cartridge.
For epoxies, silicones,
polyurethanes, adhesives and other materials supplied in
50ml two
part, side-by-side 10:1 ratio mix cartridges with the use of a static mixing
nozzle. This is for the Oval or Roundback (Corian) type cartridges.
The lightweight and durable construction of our pneumatic
retainers make
them well suited for many assembly operations in various markets such as
aerospace, electronics, construction and automotive. This tool is very
lightweight at just 425g.
Connect this tool
to an air dispenser such as the
ADL100,
ADL810,
TS9150,
1000T,
TS250,
TS350 or
AD1001 . The dual cartridge is pushed into the assembly and
locked in place. Air pressure is dispensed onto the rods
pushing down on the pistons within the cartridge. The system is supplied
with an airline hose connector that attaches directly to our timed pneumatic
dispensers with vacuum suck-back.
When the
cartridge is empty, use the vacuum suck-back on your dispenser to draw the
plungers back. Fits comfortably into the hand for use over long periods of
time and minimum risk of repetitive strain injury.
The product will work with the shape of cartridge top left.
