Two Component Dispensing Retainer System |
|
Use the ADV-50 pneumatic retainers when connected to any air
powered dispenser that has a vacuum suckback. For use with 50ml 1:1,
2:1, 4:1 or 10:1 ratio side by side
resin cartridges. The system is rod-driven to provide a very controlled
and stable pressure
onto the dual pistons in the adhesive cartridge as the material
is dispensed. Select the A-Series cartridge version
or the B-Series cartridge version. |

For epoxies, silicones,
polyurethanes, adhesives and other materials supplied in
50ml two
part, side-by-side mix cartridges with the use of a
static mixing
nozzle. The lightweight and durable construction of our pneumatic
retainers make
them well suited for many assembly operations in various markets such as
aerospace, electronics, construction and automotive. This tool is very
lightweight at just 425g.
Connect this tool
to an air dispenser such as the
ADL100,
ADL810,
TS9150,
1000T,
TS250,
TS350 or
AD1001 . The dual cartridge is pushed into the assembly
slide and
locked in place. Air pressure is dispensed onto the rods
pushing down on the pistons within the cartridge. The system is supplied
with an airline hose connector that attaches directly to any pneumatic
dispenser. When the
cartridge is empty, use the vacuum suck-back on your dispenser to draw the
plunger rods back. Fits comfortably into the hand for use over long periods of
time and minimum risk of repetitive strain injury. Allows very controlled
deposits direct from the tubes.
Select from the A-System style bayonet cartridges or the
B-System style where the nozzle attaches to the cartridge
with a cap.
Can be used manually by hand connected to a dispenser or
easily mounted on an XYZ robot for automated assembly
processes. All products are CE approved
product with a 1 Year warranty. This tool works with all pre-filled 50ml
adhesive epoxy cartridges.

ADV-50 series range of 50ml two component cartridge retainers. Set
the air pressure, set the timer and use the system to make repeat
shots of epoxy or switch off the timer for making controller beads
or potting. Use the vacuum suck-back to draw the ADV-50 rods back
for cartridge change.
