Robots deliver precise control over adhesive placement, from exact beads, to repeat timed dots or potting of components. Robots will lay a profile of most liquids to so many products. Programming is simple via a teach pendant with LCD display. Even complex patterns can be created quickly.

Storage is to internal flash memory allowing for up to 255 different programs to be created and accessed quickly. High index speeds are achieved eliminating costly time spent manually applying adhesives and liquids. Accuracy of placement and volume of fluid guarantees that robots deliver zero waste, mess or operator error. Our robots will dispense most materials including adhesives, pastes, epoxies, gels, silicones, sealants, RTV's, grease, anaerobics, cyanoacrylates, inks and lubricants.

The J2300 series robots have a maximum work area of 300mm x 320mm. The 3 axis will allow the dispense head to index forward and back within the 300mm by 320mm and vertically up and down to a height of 100mm. Circles can be made both to a flat surface or any height shape.

All robots are supplied with a digital syringe controller, I/O cable, CE compliance start/ stop box, teach pendant, airline hoses, syringe bracket, slide adjustment, syringe pack, tip pack and detailed instruction manuals.
