Our precision
components provide safe and leak free fluid dispensing from syringe barrels.
These pistons move flat against the inner walls of the syringe
barrel when using high viscosity pastes and fluids.
Pistons ensure that the pressure is evenly spread
across the fluid surface to provide consistent dispensing. Pistons prevent dripping and eliminate material waste by wiping the
syringe barrel wall clean as fluid is dispensed.
Maximum operating
pressure is 100psi (6.9bar).
Straight Wall Pistons (red) are
recommended for reduced stringing and bouncing when
dispensing high viscosity
products.
These parts are available to ship direct from stock. This piston is pushed into the syringe barrel once
material is inserted.
Push on one side of the piston to allow air to escape as the piston is
inserted down. Pre-insert the piston into an empty syringe barrel when
using our filling stations.
Supplied in packs of 50 or bulk packs of 500 and 1000.
