These o-rings are used as a replacement seal for the syringe barrel adapter assembly head and with our manual syringe guns.  Supplied in sealed packs of 10. Viton rubber is suitable for exposure to most fluids but is very resistant to aggressive solvents, chemicals and glues. Use the EPR rubber version if dispensing less aggressive fluids and solvents.

When these Orings are used on dispensing guns, they seal around the flange to provide a leak free and secure attachment. With syringe barrel adapters, they provide a seal against air leaks under high pressure.

Air powered barrels are used safe for single use to 100 psi and are certified silicone free. Available as syringe barrels only or packaged in kits including pistons. Use natural (clear) colour for most general applications, amber (tinted) for light sensitive adhesives and  black (opaque) for UV cure adhesives.
