TE Series General Purpose Precision Dispensing Tips
We stock an extensive range of dispensing tips for use with syringe barrels, dispense bottles, dispense valves and robots. All tips are industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi air pressures and are certified silicone-free. Luer lock helix secure attachment for twist-on leak free dispensing. High quality stainless steel burr-free tube to moulded colour coded polypropylene hub with double-helix luer lock. Use for dispensing adhesives, solvents, glues, primers, activators and others. Gauge sizes from 14 to 32 and tube lengths from 1/4" to 1.5".
TE general purpose precision dispensing tips

TE needle series consist of a stainless-steel shaft with a double helix polypropylene hub. This premier line of dispensing needles is burr-free, and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow.

Suitable for accurately dispensing most fluids, liquids, pastes, gels, silicones, epoxies, adhesives and solvents. Certified silicone-free, chloride-free and industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi. Luer lock for twist-on/ twist-off attachment. The shorter tube length on this tip provides higher levels of control over fast deposits and reduces drip problems for certain liquids.

All dispensing tips are colour coded for gauge size. The tip features a tapered internal design where the tube meets the hub to improve fluid flow and reduce restriction and back pressure. This allows for a lower pressures to be used when dispensing higher viscosity gels and pastes.

Use these tips with luer lock and luer slip syringes, air-powered syringe barrels, bottles, fittings and dispensing shot valves. Silicone-free guarantee ensures that sensitive adhesives applied with these parts will not become contaminated during their use.

  Using these products  
  TE tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible for use with most fluids, adhesives, pastes and gels and are very useful for applying low viscosity liquids, higher viscosity sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes, fluxes and compounds.  
     
  Industrial Grade Safe  
  All tips are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. These non sterile tips are not for use on people or animals but are precision manufactured and moulded for industrial fluid applications.  
     
  Silicone-Free Components  
  Tips are certified silicone-free components to ensure they do not contaminate any fluids or sensitive adhesives that are dispensed from them and in contact with them.
