A high quality pneumatic
cartridge dispenser gun with metal threaded retainer and pistol grip. 6oz size (177cc approx). Suited to controlled lines or
potting of most adhesives, fluids, sealants, RTV, solder paste, grease, gels, long cure or
single part epoxies, mastics and potting compounds.
Connect an air
line to the applicator with a 1/4 Inch BSP threaded female fitting to the male thread
or use optional 1000-10 hose. This gun features a
built-in adjustable regulator and a hook ring to accept a counter balance.
Our series of metal retainers will work with this gun series. Guns supplied
with airline connector ready for hose attachment.
Unscrew the
metal retainer body from the handle
on the gun (threaded fitting). Load in a filled 6oz
(177cc) plastic dispensing cartridge. Attach a threaded nozzle
or use a male luer lock adapter for attachment of any standard
needle tips.
Press trigger for flow. Release of trigger stops material oozing.
Optional retainer bodies are available to convert this gun to use larger
cartridge sizes 12oz (355cc). This gun includes

Cartridges are inserted into the cartridge gun threaded
metal retainer. This ensures the cartridge does not move
under constant use of air pressure. All products are industrial grade and are covered
by our no-quibble One Year warranty.
The guns are robust and handle
most liquids and pastes dispensed from them.
General Use: Guns are
light and
can be used in a factory production or assembly department
as well as for repair and re-work. Guns are commonly used
for sealant repair or maintenance applications.

beads of solder flux, Grease to bearings, PVA glue to
furniture joints, RTV to seal seams, Silicone dots to bond
products, Gasket sealant repair, Shots of roach
insecticides, General adhesive applications.

The guns are robust and handle most liquids
and pastes dispensed from them. The handle cap uses a hard
wearing rubber gasket seal for the retainer that can be replaced
after very long periods of use. Gaskets are held in stock.
Items are shipped by a courier tracked and insured for all items
that are available from stock. Items on a lead time will be
shipped as soon as they are made available. |
