Cartridge guns are designed for the controlled
application of pastes, gels, adhesives and other assembly fluids.
For use with industry standard industry plastic cartridges
as well as silicone tubes. Industrial grade products for regular
use. These are the 850 range offering high build quality with
lightweight design. Compatible with
2.5oz size Semco and Techcon
type cartridges. |

A
high quality manual cartridge gun with quick attach threaded retainer and
slight reverse rod action mode to avoid material oozing after each
deposit. This version is the 2.5oz size (75cc approx). Suited to making
controlled deposits of most adhesives, silicones, sealants, RTV, grease,
gels, long cure epoxies, single part resins, mastics and potting compounds.
Unscrew the threaded metal retainer body from the handle on the
gun. Load in a pre-filled 2.5oz size plastic dispensing cartridge. Ensure
the manual metal rod is pulled fully back by twisting the push rod end
facing downwards and pulling it back. Replace the metal retainer. Attach a
threaded nozzle or use a male luer lock adapter with needle tips. Squeeze
trigger for flow. Release of trigger stops flow and stops material oozing.
Optional retainer bodies are available to convert this gun to use
different cartridge sizes. Ships direct from stock. All products are industrial grade and are covered

General Use: Guns
are portable and can be used in a factory production or
assembly department as well as for repair and re-work. Guns
are commonly used in the field for repair or maintenance
applications.
Common
Applications: Dots and beads of solder paste, dots and
beads of solder flux, grease to bearings, PVA glue to
furniture joints, RTV to seal seams, silicone dots to bond
products, gasket sealant repair, shots of roach
insecticides, general adhesive applications.

The guns are robust and handle most liquids
and pastes dispensed from them. The handle cap uses a hard
wearing rubber gasket seal for the retainer that can be replaced
after very long periods of use. Gaskets held in stock.
Items are shipped by a courier tracked and insured for all items
that are available from stock. Items on a lead time will be
shipped as soon as they are made available. |

in GBP pounds. Vat is charged on all UK orders. We provide VAT
invoices with all transactions. Vat is not charged on any orders placed
with us that ship outside the UK and EU. No VAT is charged for any
orders placed for shipment to the EU only if a valid company VAT number

are covered by a 12-month warranty against all faults and malfunction.
