Typical Applications:-
400 series barrels are designed for pneumatic dispensing with an adapter
assembly and manual dispensing with a plunger rod. Use either
pneumatic or manual wiper pistons. Barrels are thick walled
with wide flanges and so designed for high pressures.
Use these components with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs,
silicones, PVA, inks and gels.
400 series syringe
barrels are cost effective components available in sizes from
1cc to 60cc. Use with air powered
dispensers or these barrels work with the pistons and
rods to provide a full manual syringe assembly. Our manual
syringes are also available pre-assembled
in sealed packs.
Industrial
grade 35cc/ 35ml size syringe barrels. Natural (clear) for use with all
adhesives. High density polypropylene safe for use up to 100 psi.
Precision flanges for
safe attachment to 400 seriesreceiver assembly.
Luer lock for twist on attachment of needle tips.
Use with 400 series wiper pistons. These syringes are industry
compliant low friction high density polypropylene.
Supplied in a sealed pack of 50 syringe barrels. These
items ship from our UK warehouse direct from stock.
