Smooth Flow Tapered Dispense Tip 25 Gauge Black UV |

A range of dispensing tips for
use with syringe barrels, dispense bottles, dispense valves
and robots. All tips are industrial grade safe for use to
100 psi air pressures and are certified silicone-free. Luer
lock helix secure attachment for twist-on leak free
dispensing. Smooth flow tapered tips are suitable for
applying viscous pastes, glues, silicones and gels and many
other fluids. This version is black opaque to block any UV light
from affecting UV cure and light sensitive adhesives. |

High quality, smooth
flow tapered dispensing tips for the controlled application of
pastes, silicones, RTVs, sealants, epoxies, grease and many other
medium to high viscosity fluids. Double helix luer locking thread
for twist-on attachment. Black opaque material with UV filter block.
Safe for high pressure use. This version is
a high density polyethylene material.
This tip features a
smooth flowing taper design that allows for very high viscosity
pastes and compounds to be dispensed using lower pressures and
faster flow rates. Wide range of other gauge sizes are available.
Use these tips with luer
lock and luer slip syringes, air-powered syringe
barrels,
bottles,
fittings and dispensing
shot
valves.
Silicone-free
ensures sensitive adhesives applied with these parts will not become
contaminated during use.
