700 Series syringe
barrels are manufactured to the very highest possible quality
delivering exceptional performance and consistency. From moulding to
packaging, barrels are guaranteed to be free of silicone
contaminants and imperfections.
Kits contain an equal number of barrels packed with a choice of piston
types.
Industrial grade 3cc/ 3ml size syringe barrels with wiper pistons in
a kit. Natural (Clear) translucent barrels for use with
most adhesives and fluids. High density polypropylene safe for use
up to 100 psi. Thick flanges for safe
attachment to receiver adapter assembly.
Unique
ultra-low draft construction of inner diameter for high accuracy and
stability. The syringes are industry compliant silicone and chloride
free, low friction polypropylene. Supplied in a sealed pack of 50,
500 or 1000 of each syringe barrels and pistons.
White low
density polyethylene piston provides a
seal within the syringe barrel to reduce fumes & prevent spillages. Dual
blades for clean wipe of inner barrel walls and designed to prevent
drips. Use with most fluids including watery liquids to thick
pastes.
All products shipped are in sealed boxes or packs
that
include label with batch codes.

Typical Applications:-
Barrels are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or
manual; plungers. They are thick walled with wide flanges and designed
for high pressure. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no
taper. This ensures the wiper piston inside moves down without
restriction to improve performance. For pastes, adhesives, solvents,
epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks & gels. This range have luer lock
ends for twist on tip attachment.
