 Wiper pistons (white)
general purpose are industry standard and a
slightly tighter fit for use with low to medium
viscosity fluids, with pneumatic dispensers or with mechanical devices such as
the TS730SG and TS755SG series manual syringe gun to prevent
leakage past the double wiping edges.
Easy Flow
pistons (blue) are recommended for most general
applications and they ensure no material residue is
left on the syringe barrel walls while dispensing.
Straight wall pistons (red) are recommended for
reduced stringing and bouncing with high viscosity
products.
Rubber pistons (black) are ideal for fluxes and pastes where a
tighter fit is required. The rubber is a close tolereance fit to
the inside of the barrel walls.
