Bayonet inlet, helical static mixer nozzle for 50ml, 75ml and
100ml A-System dual component cartridges. Stepped end outlet providing
controlled flow or can be cut back to increase flow rates. These
mixer nozzles are suitable for 1:1 and 2:1 ratio two-component
materials and A-System bayonet type cartridges.
These
mixers have white elements and are constructed of high grade
polypropylene. Dispensing nozzles are available in many different styles
and with stepped,open or luer ends. Mixer nozzles are industrial grade
safe to 100 psi pressure and are certified silicone-free
materials.
Applicator dispenser guns are available for all sized cartridges either in
manual, pneumatic and now battery versions. Please see product
options for compatible parts and accessories below on this page. All
dispensing products shipped are in sealed boxes or packs
that
include part label with batch codes for traceability.

The A-system
cartridges use a bayonet twist-on/ twist-off
nozzle attachment. Available with either
air-vented wiper pistons or lip-seal pistons
with a rubber O-ring outer. Cartridge body is
made of white high density polypropylene.
Options available for mix ratio and piston type.
Easy to fill with epoxy resin, silicone,
polyurethane, potting compound or doming
resin, etc. Every cartridge set includes
a dust tip cap to seal when filling or
