Primer Flux Pen Polyester Chisel Nib Replacement |
|
Dispensing pens offer a simple way to
apply low viscosity watery liquids to products without mess,
fluid waste or harmful fumes. The pens are supplied ready to
fill and use. The acrylic or polyester spring loaded nib
assembly is then clipped into place. A plastic cap seals the
filled pen for storage when not in use. Push the nib againt
surface for a controlled flow of liquid. Pens offer a simple
way to apply low viscosity liquids without mess, waste or
fumes. |

Precision
components provide safe and leak free fluid dispensing of inks,
primers, adhesives, solvents and other assembly fluids. These primer
pen nibs are blunt polyester for use with the non-return spring
loaded cap assembly. This part is for replacement block style nib
only.
Flow-seal environmental pens and bottles channel
controlled amounts of no-clean flux, RMA, solvents, lubricants,
masking and water-based liquids. Flow-seal products prevent
evaporation of material and conform to current regulations for
controlling substances capable of evaporation hazard. A unique
dispensing valve prevents flooding and spattering, releasing
material in controlled amounts to the nib (tip).
The pen or
bottle is in three parts (cap, nib and reservoir) and is easily
assembled. The reservoir should be filled with material to within
0.75 Inch (19mm) of the top; this air chamber allows for the valve
cap to be pressed securely in position. Priming is achieved by
depressing the nib while the pen is vertical. This part is for
replacement block style polyester nibs only. Use with dispensing pen
part FV-0600.
Supplied unassembled ready for filling and
dispensing. Caps allow for filling and storage. Also available
supplied pre-filled with your specified liquid if required. Supplied
in a sealed pack of pens with a label and batch code. Includes pen
body, nib cap assembly with nib and seal cap assembly. *
This part is a replacement nib for the 10ml size pens only. |

Items are shipped from the UK by a courier on a
tracked and insured service for all items that are available
from stock. Items on a lead time will be shipped as soon as they
are made available.
Warranty: All dispensing products are
covered by a 1 (one) Year manufacturers warranty against fault.
