A syringe filling system from 2.5oz (75ml)
Techcon, Semco PPG or Nordson EFD cartridges to
fill all size luer syringe barrelsc. Material is transferred under
pressure from cartridge nozzle end to syringe tip end. This eliminates
air entrapment and provides for a simple filling station.
System
includes a retainer, cap, base stand, rod, 2.5oz cartridges
with plungers, threaded syringe adapter fittings, selection of syringe
barrels, wiper pistons and cap seals. Ideal for use with sealants,
silicones, RTVs, mastics, grease, pastes and other liquids.
Also
available in larger size cartridges for bigger volume syringe filling.
Use these systems with a 0-100 psi dispenser to provide a controlled air
pulse for consistent volume filling of syringe barrels each time or with
a regulated air supply. All
products shipped are in sealed boxes or packs that include printed label
with batch codes.
