20 Ounce Cartridge to Syringe Barrel Filling System
High performance syringe barrels filling stations for the controlled transfer of materials from cartridges to syringes. Pneumatic control to bottom fill syringes.
32oz Syringe Barrel Filling Loader Adhesive Dispensing 

Description
A syringe filling system from 20oz (591ml) cartridges to any size syringe barrel. Material is transferred under pressure from cartridge nozzle end to syringe tip end. This eliminates air entrapment and provides for a simple filling station.

System includes a retainer, cap, base stand, rod, adjustable 20oz cartridges with plungers, threaded syringe adapter fittings, selection of syringe barrels, wiper pistons and cap seals. Ideal for use with sealants, silicones, RTVs, mastics, grease, pastes and other liquids.

Also available in larger size cartridges for bigger volume syringe filling. Use these systems with a 0-100 psi dispenser to provide a controlled air pulse for consistent volume filling of syringe barrels each time.
