A syringe filling system from 6oz (177ml)
Techcon, Semco PPG or Nordson EFD cartridges to fill all size luer syringe barrels. Material is transferred under
pressure from cartridge nozzle end to syringe tip end. This eliminates
air entrapment and provides for a simple filling station.
System
includes a retainer, cap, base stand, rod, 6oz cartridges
with plungers, threaded syringe adapter fittings, selection of syringe
barrels, wiper pistons and cap seals. Ideal for use with sealants,
silicones, RTVs, mastics, grease, pastes and other liquids.
Also
available in larger size cartridges for bigger volume syringe filling.
Use these systems with a 0-100 psi dispenser to provide a controlled air
pulse for consistent volume filling of syringe barrels each time or with
a regulated air supply. All products shipped are in sealed boxes or
packs that include printed label with batch codes.

in GBP pounds. Vat is charged on all UK orders. We provide VAT
invoices with all transactions. Vat is not charged on any orders placed
with us that ship outside the UK and EU. No VAT is charged for any
orders placed for shipment to the EU only if a valid company VAT number

are covered by a 12-month warranty against all faults and malfunction.
