For use with industry standard industry plastic cartridges
as well as silicone tubes. Industrial grade products for regular
use. These are the AD16 range offering high build quality with cost
effective pricing. Compatible with 10oz size Semco and Techcon
type cartridges as well as 310ml sealant tubes. |

The
AD16 gun is a hand operated, high quality metal dispensing gun designed to
accept cartridges for the manual application of sealants, adhesives, potting
compounds, and other materials packaged in disposable cartridges or
Techkit,
Semkit multi-component materials. They are excellent for the in-field
application of silicones, sealants, adhesives, pastes, and other materials.
The ratchet handle is made of metal for tough, durable, long-term use.
A threaded retainer provides a tight fit into the ratchet handle,
permitting uninterrupted operation. Custom size retainers accommodate 2.5,
6, 8, 10 and 12 ounce size disposable cartridges and this version accepts
the 310ml or 1/10 gallon sealant tubes. Cartridges allow use of
standard nozzles. Needle tip adapters can also be used with the cartridges
for attachment of all standard needle tips.
Cartridges are inserted into the
cartridge gun threaded metal retainer. This ensures the cartridge does not
move under constant use from hand pressure. All products are industrial grade and are covered
by our no-quibble One Year warranty.
The guns are robust and handle
most liquids and pastes dispensed from them. Gun supplied
with (10) cartridges, (10)
plungers, (10) end caps, (10) tip caps, (10) nozzles.
General Use: Guns
are portable and can be used in a factory production or
assembly department as well as for repair and re-work. Guns
are commonly used in the field for repair or maintenance
applications.

beads of solder flux, Grease to bearings, PVA glue to
furniture joints, RTV to seal seams, Silicone dots to bond
products, Gasket sealant repair, Shots of roach
insecticides, General adhesive applications.

Prices are
in GBP pounds. Vat is charged on all UK orders. We provide VAT
invoices with all transactions. Vat is not charged on any orders placed
with us that ship outside the UK and EU. No VAT is charged for any
orders placed for shipment to the EU only if a valid company VAT number
is provided to us at time of order or prior to shipping. Products
are covered by a 12-month warranty against all faults and malfunction.
