Robots provide precise control
over adhesive placement, from exact beads, to repeat timed dots or potting
of components. Programming is simple via a teach pendant. Even complex
patterns can be created simply. Storage is to internal flash memory allowing
for up to 999 different programs to be created.
The AD series bench
top dispensing robots are a cost effective solution combining high level
programming technology with precision placement engineering. The AD series
are a compact, heavy duty design, which are easily programmed using simple
step-by-step instructions. A robust cast construction provides additional
stability when working to fine tolerances. Systems will dispense virtually
any assembly fluid and adhesive or liquid paste, from thin, watery liquids
and solvents to thick gels, silicones and brazing pastes. All are applied
quickly, accurately to reduce waste, mess and hand fatigue.
Programming is simple with easy to follow english language instructions.
Commands are followed and responses entered by a Teach Pendant. An LCD
display prompts the user for a data input and once confirmed, automatically
displays the next instruction. By this method a program can be created
quickly and simply. All machines include 4 I/O signal interface for
connection to tools and controllers. Supplied with a timed pneumatic
dispenser, I/O cable, teach pendant, power cables, airline hoses, syringe
mounting bracket, 30cc/55cc barrel pack, tip pack, user guide.
High
speeds are achieved reducing time spent hand applying adhesives. Accuracy of
placement and volume of fluid ensures zero waste, mess and error. Robots
will dispense most materials including adhesives, pastes, epoxies, gels,
silicones, sealants, RTV's, oils, grease, anaerobics, cyanoacrylates, inks
and lubricants.
Data transfer and file import to robot teach pendant
via USB. Mini SD file memory with high speed 2GB capacity. Automatic gel
prevention mode to avoid curing glue setting in the nozzle or tip.
