High Precision Micro Metal Dispense Tip 23 Gauge
Offering the widest range of dispensing tips for use with syringe barrels, dispense bottles, dispense valves and robots. All tips are industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi air pressures and are certified silicone-free. Luer lock secure attachment for leak free dispensing. High precision tips for micro-dot applications.
MT Series Precision Metal Taper Tip
The MT Series precision metal tapered tips deliver the best in high fluid flow rates, which are ideal for high speed dispensing, at a fraction of the cost of comparable precision tips, in the market. The smooth internal conical fluid flow path increases performance, reduces clogging and back pressure allowing for higher flow rates.

The Phosphor-Bronze metal construction, with Electroless Nickel, plating makes the MT Series ideal for use in robotic applications or whenever precision counts. The thin walled design at the tip enhances dispensing accuracy while at the same time reduces fluid tailing and stringing.

Available from 18 to 30 gauge, the MT Series tips are color coded for easy identification. Sold individually.

Suitable for dispensing most fluids, SMT adhesives and solvents. Re-usable and robust dispensing tips. Industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi pressure. Ideal for use on robot dispensing systems as tips are made high precision for total consistency and are very robust. Supplied in a sealed box of 1 precison made dispensing tip.

Use with luer lock syringes, air-powered dispensers, syringe barrels, bottles, fittings and dispensing shot valves. Silicone-free plastics ensure sensitive adhesives applied with these parts will not become contaminated during use.

All products shipped are in sealed boxes or packs that include label with batch codes.
